If you think you're a good fit, apply today with Robert Half!What you get to do every single day- Utilize a number of sources to create statements and reports- Accurately code documents with expenditure codes and accounting codes- Reconcile discrepancies by examining possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as needed- File vendor invoices and disbursements and match & file A/P invoices to support accounts payable- Complete other related duties and assist with special projects as needed- Help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other general accounting projects- Manually or electronically post financial information- Handle Accounts Receivable tasks: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
